Facilities don't take a call without seeing credentials first. Here are the standards every PremiereRad Solutions technologist must meet — verified, documented, and delivered before the first case.
ARRT Certification
Every technologist we place holds active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in their modality, verified directly with ARRT before assignment.
New York State License
A current New York State DOH license, in good standing, is required for every assignment.
Fluoro Certification
Fluoro-permitted techs for every case requiring active fluoroscopy — so your cases never stall on credentialing gaps.
BLS / ACLS (When Held)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are documented and shared with your facility when a technologist holds them.
Advanced Certifications (When Held)
Interventional radiology, cath lab, and vascular interventional certifications are verified and documented for technologists who hold them.
Beyond the baseline checklist
Any agency can send you a licensed rad tech. For vascular and endovascular cases, we screen for competencies that don't appear on an ARRT card.
Documented Vascular Experience
Verified case experience in peripheral angiography, venous ablation, dialysis access, and endovascular procedures — not general radiology with a vascular label.
Sterile Technique Competency
Documented competency in sterile field maintenance and scrub protocol for interventional and endovascular suites.
Equipment & Workflow Familiarity
Working knowledge of C-arm positioning, contrast injectors, and the case flow of an OBL or vascular lab — so the tech is useful from the first case, not the fifth.
