Never emailed in plaintext
Used only for staffing
1. Information we collect
- Facility requests: facility name, contact name, email, phone, facility type, coverage needs, facility street address, and any details you share about your cases.
- Professional inquiries and credentialing: name, contact details, discipline, certifications, license/ARRT number, experience, availability, and uploaded documents including your license, ARRT card, and other certifications.
- Tax documentation: technologists are required to upload a completed, signed IRS Form W-9 as part of credentialing. A W-9 contains your Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number. This document is required by law before we can pay you and issue your annual 1099-NEC, and is stored securely and used only for that purpose.
- Location data: when a technologist clocks in or out of a shift, we collect GPS coordinates to verify they are on-site at the facility. If location cannot be confirmed, a timestamped photo is collected instead as verification. This data is used solely to confirm shift attendance for billing and payroll accuracy.
- General contact: name, email, phone, and message.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to process staffing requests, verify credentials, match professionals with opportunities, communicate with you, and fulfill our service obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we store and protect data
Form submissions and uploaded documents — including your W-9 — are stored in a secured database rather than transmitted by email, so sensitive details like your SSN/EIN, license numbers, and certifications are not exposed in plaintext messages. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and access to tax documents is limited to what's necessary for payment and tax reporting.
4. Sharing
We share information only as necessary to provide our Services — for example, sharing a technologist's credentials with a facility you've agreed to work with, or as required by law or legal process.
5. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also opt out of future communications at any time.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain credentialing records as required.
