1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PremiereRad Solutions website and staffing services (the "Services"). PremiereRad Solutions Inc. ("PremiereRad," "we," or "us") provides radiologic technologist staffing to healthcare facilities and connects imaging professionals with work opportunities. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. For facilities
Facilities requesting staffing through PremiereRad agree to provide accurate information about their case mix, coverage needs, and facility environment. PremiereRad acts as a staffing supplier and is not the employer of record for assigned technologists unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Facilities are responsible for providing a safe working environment, appropriate equipment, and site-specific orientation for assigned techs.
3. For professionals
Technologists who join the PremiereRad network represent that their credentials, licenses, and certifications are current, accurate, and in good standing. You authorize PremiereRad to verify your credentials with the relevant authorities (including ARRT and state licensing boards). As part of credentialing, technologists must submit a signed IRS Form W-9, which is required to process payment and issue tax forms, and is handled through our secure upload process. By clocking in or out of a shift through the app, you consent to the collection of GPS location data (or, if location cannot be confirmed, a timestamped photo) solely to verify on-site attendance for billing and payroll accuracy.
4. Attendance, lateness & call-outs
Technologists must arrive on time and clock in through the app at the scheduled shift start. Before each shift, enable location services on your phone and allow location access for this site so GPS clock-in works. If you are running late for any reason, you must call or text PremiereRad before your scheduled start time with an estimated arrival time; notice given after the shift has started is not acceptable. Call-outs require at least 2 hours' notice before shift start, except in a genuine emergency, in which case notify us as soon as possible. Pay is based on hours clocked for the shift. Scheduled time missed due to late arrival or unapproved early departure is not billable to the facility and is not paid. Late arrivals without advance notice, late call-outs, or repeated lateness may result in removal from that facility's schedule or from the PremiereRad network, and a no-call/no-show may result in immediate removal.
5. Bookings, cancellation & payment
Coverage requests, bookings, cancellation terms, and pricing are confirmed in writing (or via invoice) before any assignment begins. General cancellation guidance is described on our FAQ page; specific terms for an engagement supersede the general guidance. Invoices are due per the terms stated on each invoice.
6. No warranty
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive to match qualified, credentialed technologists, PremiereRad does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free coverage and is not liable for events outside its reasonable control, including facility cancellations or acts of third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PremiereRad's liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
